Project Overview
Laâyoune is the largest city in Morocco's southern provinces and a key regional centre for the Saharan Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra region. As Morocco continues to invest in the economic development of its southern territories, vocational training infrastructure plays a strategic role in building local workforce capacity and supporting regional industry.
The Centre de Formation et de Formation Professionnelle (CFFF) in Laâyoune is designed to provide high-quality vocational and professional training facilities for a wide range of trades and technical disciplines. The facility encompasses training workshops, classrooms, laboratory spaces, administrative offices, and student support amenities — all designed to meet modern pedagogical standards.
BIM coordination for an educational training facility ensures that the varied and technically specific requirements of different training environments — workshop ventilation, laboratory safety systems, audio-visual installations — are properly integrated within the overall building design, delivered accurately and efficiently through a coordinated digital construction process.
