Project Overview
Saïdia is Morocco's premier Mediterranean resort destination, situated on the country's northeastern coast at the border with Algeria. Known as the "Blue Pearl of Morocco," Saïdia has seen significant tourism investment and is home to a large-scale resort development that includes hotels, villas, golf courses, and extensive beach frontage.
The Centre d'Estivage project represents a new leisure complex designed to serve the growing summer tourism market in Saïdia — providing recreational facilities, accommodation, and lifestyle amenities within the resort's coastal setting. The programme encompasses swimming pools, sports facilities, entertainment areas, food and beverage outlets, and supporting infrastructure.
BIM coordination for a resort complex of this nature must manage the diverse range of building types within the campus — from large leisure halls and pool structures to smaller ancillary pavilions — ensuring consistent quality and buildability across a complex project with multiple simultaneous construction fronts.
