A hippodrome is among the most architecturally and structurally complex leisure facility types: large-span grandstand structures, VIP hospitality suites, racing administration facilities, veterinary services, stabling infrastructure, and sophisticated race-day operational systems all combine within an expansive campus.
BIM coordination across such a complex programme — integrating structural steel, reinforced concrete, sophisticated building services, and high-quality architectural finishes — requires precise federated model management and comprehensive clash detection. The project exemplifies the breadth of BIM application across Morocco's prestige building sector.
