Project Overview
The Centre Hospitalier Provincial de Sefrou is a new provincial hospital facility serving the Sefrou province in the Fès-Meknès region of Morocco. As part of Morocco's ongoing investment in regional healthcare infrastructure, the CHP Sefrou project aims to deliver modern medical services to a province where access to quality hospital care has historically been limited.
The facility is designed to accommodate emergency services, general medicine, maternity, paediatrics, surgery, and diagnostic departments, forming a comprehensive provincial healthcare hub. The project brings together architectural, structural, and full MEP engineering disciplines within a coordinated BIM environment.
BIM coordination ensures that complex system intersections — particularly critical in healthcare settings where infection control, medical gas routing, and emergency power requirements impose strict spatial constraints — are resolved thoroughly during design, long before construction commences.
