Project Overview
Crédit Agricole du Maroc (CAM) is a major Moroccan banking institution with an expanding presence across francophone West Africa. The CAM Benin project represents a significant step in that international expansion — the delivery of a new banking facility in Benin to support CAM's growing regional operations.
The project involves the design and coordination of a professional financial institution building, combining public banking hall spaces, secure back-office operations, staff facilities, and technical infrastructure — all within a programme that must meet the security, operational, and brand requirements of a major banking group.
International projects of this nature showcase the portability of BIM methodology beyond Morocco's borders, with the same standards, workflows, and coordination processes deployed to deliver a high-quality facility in a West African context, managing design across different regulatory frameworks and supply chain environments.
