Project Overview
The Office National des Chemins de Fer (ONCF) is Morocco's national railway operator, responsible for an expanding network of passenger and freight services across the country. The new station at Benslimane forms part of ONCF's ongoing programme to develop and upgrade its station infrastructure in line with the growth of Morocco's rail network.
Benslimane, located in the Casablanca-Settat region, is a growing town that benefits from its position on the rail corridor connecting Casablanca to southern Morocco. The new station is designed to provide modern, comfortable passenger facilities with efficient interchange connections and accessible design standards.
Railway station design presents unique BIM coordination challenges: platform-level construction adjacent to operational track, complex structural solutions for canopy and concourse roofs, and demanding MEP requirements for public-facing environments — all managed within a coordinated BIM environment ensuring design integrity across disciplines.
