The AUTOHALL project involves BIM coordination for new or renovated automotive commercial facilities — combining showroom spaces, customer service areas, vehicle servicing workshops, and administrative offices.
Commercial automotive facilities present distinctive design and coordination challenges: large clear-span workshop areas requiring heavy structural solutions, specialised MEP installations including vehicle hoists and exhaust extraction systems, and high-specification customer-facing showrooms demanding precise coordination between architectural finishes and technical systems.
BIM implementation ensures spatial efficiency and buildability of technical installations, reducing costly on-site conflicts and delivering a high-quality finished facility that meets the international brand standards expected of a major automotive retailer.
